About the role


We have a Permanent opportunity based in our Leederville office, for an Analyst - Process to train, coach and support the business to evaluate current processes and design future state processes.

As part of our newly formed Transformation Office, this role will be key to maintaining process capability.


What the role will involve:


  • Conduct analysis and provide input to guide decisionmaking on key transformational programs.
  • Contribute to our processes to streamline and role model best practice for process management.
  • Provide support to key stakeholders to support their process transformation and uplift process management capability.
  • Work with the Process Architects to maintain the process repository, including ensure that the design and standards are uniformly applied.
