As a result of strong business growth, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join their highly talented team.


The Opportunity

As a Business Development Consultant in the corporate furniture industry, you will have the opportunity to embark on a dynamic career journey.

You will be responsible for driving growth, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with clients.

Your performance objectives include making a high number of sales calls per day, converting new business contacts to sales, generating new business, and successfully generating quotes on a weekly basis.

Your engaging and proactive approach will be crucial in nurturing relationships with architects, designers, leasing companies and managing the showroom sales staff.

You will continuously refine and optimise business development strategies by analysing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Selfmotivation and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • A proactive approach and the desire to grow within the company
  • The ability to engage and connect with customers effectively
  • Comfort working towards sales targets and converting leads
  • A grounded understanding of luxury branding and a passion for exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience in managing a successful sales team
  • Strong attention to detail, a current driver's license, and a mobile phone

Business Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
