    Description

    Our partner has overseen the production of the leading smart contract framework to build DAOs, with toolkits for developers to seamlessly integrate their apps with DAO functionality, and a decentralized dispute resolution system.

    ResponsibilitiesOversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projectsMonitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvementsEnsure compliance with security regulationsManage software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelinesAssist with the preparation and management of the engineering department's budgetDesign strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resourcesHire engineers and coordinate their trainingImplement innovative technologiesCoordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and toolsReview and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipmentRequirementsWork experience:as a director of engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering departmentExperience:with enterprise architectures and modern human-computer interfacesHands-on experience:in back-end and front-end developmentUnderstanding:of agile methodologiesLeadership abilities:with a strategic mindProject management skills:ExcellentEducation:BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant fieldBonus:Knowledge about Ethereum and blockchain in generalMake sure to follow us here to get our most live are the world's leading specialist recruiter for the blockchain/Cryptocurrency industry.
