    About Landscape Solutions

    Originally established in 1993 with 3 people in the Northern Beaches, we have grown to a team of over 800 professionals spread across Australia and New Zealand. This year, as we celebrate our 31st year in business, we're incredibly proud to still be an Australian, privately owned business. We provide our clients with quality commercial landscaping solutions. From civil landscape construction, landscape maintenance, building services, Irrigation, Environmental services and Sports Turf/Golf Course management. We currently have offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong and Auckland. As we continue to diversify, innovate and develop our technology and train our people, we look forward to what the next 30 years hold. We will be ambitious, and we will continue on with our purpose, which is to create great places that enrich the lives of our people and the communities we serve.

    So, what duties can you expect to do as a Team Leader?

    • Management and maintenance of award-winning high end commercial sites
    • Working with some of the latest and greatest technology
    • Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties completed by your team.
    • Training and development to assist you grow your career.
    • Some client liaising and representing the company on sites
    • Maintenance based work across commercial clients
    • Providing guidance, training and support to Apprentices
    • Ad hoc administrative duties - reporting, take 5's, SWMS etc.

    What are we looking for?

    • Previous team leading/supervisory experience or ready to step up
    • sound horticulture/maintenance knowledge.
    • Excellent communication and management skills.
    • A confident leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
    • Some previous experience in Landscape Maintenance

    What will you need?

    • Certificate II or III in Parks and Gardens or equivalent (Desirable)
    • Driver's licence and own transport. Or ability to Get to site.
    • National Police Check
    • Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain one.
