    Description

    your responsibilities will include:

    Performing a broad range of secretarial/administrative duties for the team including:

  • Assisting with roster data entry and updating roster changes for the medical and nursing workforce
  • Ordering and managing clerical supplies
  • Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
  • Assisting with recruitment processes
  • Assisting with human resources for the medical and nursing staff
  • Archiving and filing and data entry
  • Maintaining software applications such as the electronic learning platforms, rostering, stock ordering, recruitment, KPI monitoring
