    Description

    About the role
    Sharp & Carter are currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced Customer Service & Administration Officers to fill a variety of office based assignments in the South Eastern suburbs. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated customer service experience, ideally within a contact center or retail environment. The level of roles are varied from customer service to back-end operational support.

    All of these companies are receiving high-demand. As a result of this, they require adept customer service professionals that will be able to hit the ground running. Multiple roles located in Mount Waverly, Knoxfield and Dandenong South

    Duties

    • Be the first point of contact for customers
    • Providing accurate information on the range of benefits and services provided by the client by telephone and email
    • Recording all communications with clients; liaising with other departments as required
    • Data entry into an in-house information management system

    Skills & Experience

    • Outstanding people skills with a flair for customer service
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Flexible, solution-orientated approach to customer service enquiries
    • Technologically savvy with experience using CRM systems
