About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Partner, this high profile role will be instrumental in the successful implementation and elevation of a centralised marketing function which will support multiple offices across the APAC region. Working closely with the Partnership, this role will lead a single view of brand and marketing to elevate the brand, deliver consistent messaging and solidify its position as a thought leader. Supported by a growing and dispersed marketing team, the role will operate as an enabler of the firm's growth channels including business development and sales performance, talent attraction and retention. Working in partnership with other enablement functions, the successful candidate will leverage the brand and promote the firm's vast discipline and geographic service offerings.
About You
As the most senior marketing leader within the business, you are a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking, creative flair and analytical acumen to strengthen the firm's marketing and brand positioning and achieve the business objectives. The role is pivotal in driving growth, brand recognition and market share. With the ability to see the bigger picture, then build out a robust strategy to deliver on innovation and growth, this role would suit those who are just as effective on the tools as much as developing the long-term vision and strategy. You are a confident marketer yet humble, holding your own when engaging with executive stakeholders. You are an excellent and compelling communicator who can support the business through this growth period and comfortably educate internal leaders.
