    CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

    Reportando a la Dirección General y formando parte del Comité de Dirección, será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos del Área de Marketing y Comunicación. Haciendo incidencia en:

  • Liderar el equipo del Departamento de Marketing y Comunicación.
  • Definir el posicionamiento estratégico de la Compañía junto con Dirección General.
  • Responsabilizarse de la propuesta de valor de la compañía teniendo en cuenta el posicionamiento de marca y mercado.
  • Definir, desarrollar e implementar el plan de marketing y comunicación,
  • Proponer los presupuestos asegurando el control y la optimización de estos.
  • Elaborar los estudios de mercado y su dimensionamiento.
  • Proponer la creación y desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios.
  • Apoyar las ventas y lograr los objetivos de captación de clientes.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar las campañas publicitarias y de comunicación.
  • Supervisar las colaboraciones con partners, patrocinios, eventos...

    • Requisitos mínimos

  • Grado en ADE, Ingeniería, Marketing, MBA o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en departamento de Marketing,
  • Experiencia en planificación, implantación y análisis de campañas dirigidias a los canales B2C,B2B y relación con partners.
  • Capacidad para liderar el equipo a su cargo.
