An exciting opportunity to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuringaccuratedata representation, user testing, and secure content sharing to support the People Function's data & analytics needs.
In this role you will design, develop, and deploy analytic solutions by partnering withappropriate businessgroups toidentifyareas of analytic opportunity andutilizingavailable tools to deliver sustainable solutions.
You will provide expert knowledge to stakeholders, advising on how reports and dashboards can be/are designed to meet their needs.
A key part of thisrole will be the ability to takelarge or complexdata sets or requirements and create a simplified approach, workingto createnew solutionsto complex problems.
Your new roleEngage with teams across the People Function to understand, design, and document detailed requirements for Power BI solutions, in line with high-level requirements and strategicobjectivesProvide analytics subject matterexpertiseand recommendations for continuous improvement of People AnalyticsLead implementation of solutions in Power BI, capturing detailed requirements with Senior Manager, PeopleAnalyticsand users across the People FunctionLeadtrainingand supportof other People Data & Analytics team members as well as users of dashboards andreportsImplement new Power BI development process controlstoensure consistent delivery ofhigh qualityinsightsPlease note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, 2/3 interviews (either face to face or online via Teams) and background checks.
