About the role

The
PMO Analyst is responsible for the preparation and coordination of incoming projects and for the analysis, reporting and coordination of PMO budgets.

This is a hybrid role with split working from home and working from the North Sydney head office.

Additional responsibilities:

Assist with endtoend PMO request management and SOW to invoice process.
Analyse project financials and report to senior PMO Leaders on a regular basis.
Maintain and update the resource utilisation file to ensure efficient and appropriate workload distribution.
Draft, request and confirm accounting journals for project financials.
Assist with the coordination of the monthly Steering Committee reports, including following up with Project Managers and updating slides.
Management of the PMO's PPM tool and reporting BI Dashboards, ensuring data is accurate and reports are fit for purpose.
Assist with the discovery, design and implementation of specific transformation initiatives that focuses on productivity efficiencies, automation and improved governance controls for the PMO.
Support adherence to project governance, reporting and processes as per the PMO Framework.

About you

35 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT PMO Officer.
Moderate proficiency in SAP and SAP Ariba.
Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrated knowledge in project management framework and governance.
An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
