Senior Business Analyst - Kronos/People Systems

Contract, 12 months (possible extensions to follow), $820 - $860 inc super, p/d

Attribute is pleased to partner with this household brand as it seeks a Business Analyst to work on a major initiative involving the migration of People Data from legacy systems to Kronos Dimensions for an enterprise organisation. We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on People Data migrations (ideally into a Kronos environment), to work in an agile, fast-paced, complex environment.

Hybrid - Sydney or Brisbane based

The Position:

You will utilise your core BA responsibilities/ duties to help facilitate a migration of People Data from legacy systems to Kronos Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Business Analyst duties but not exclusive to:
Collaborating with Business stakeholders and the Project team to provide concept, feasibility analysis and non-functional requirements for initiatives.
Elicit, analyse, communicate and validate the requirements for changes to business systems, processes and policies.
Development of Business and process requirements, QA of proposed solutions and test scenarios.

Your Key Skills & Experience:

Experience working on People Systems migrations, ideally a migration of People Data from legacy systems to
Kronos Dimensions:
Experience as a BA in complex, enterprise environments
Working with diverse Business stakeholders to influence solutions
Coupled with tertiary level qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering or Economics.
