Description
We have an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a People Systems Data Analyst to join our People Systems team.


About the role


As part of the People and Culture team, you'll be conducting data management through a robust data governance process for Stockland's people systems as well as support the smooth running of the people systems platform.


Data management activities include monitoring and maintaining the integrity of information by creating and running data reports, addressing data integrity issues as well as creating and maintaining system master data.

You will also support people systems queries including troubleshooting and resolving system functionality issues.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of employee, position and organisation data across Stockland's people systems of SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Workforce Management and related interfaces
  • Establish and maintain a suite of reporting templates to periodically assess system data integrity
  • Monitor and analyse data, identify integrity issues and recommend solutions to enhance data accuracy
  • Analyse and prepare data for system imports and conduct imports in an accurate manner
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and provide advice to stakeholders with regard to Level 2 people systems queries
  • Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues to support development of excel skills and data analysis skills

About you
You are a proactive and inquisitive professional with relevant experience in HR system administration or systems implementation. You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively to support key initiatives.

To be successful you will have the followings skills and experience:


  • SAP SuccessFactors or similar HXM system administration and/or configuration experience
  • Strong excel skills and/or database management skills
  • Understanding of HR and payroll systems
  • Experience with a time and attendance system desirable
  • Knowledge of benefits and payroll laws and procedures preferable
  • Preferably a degree in an IT or HR related field or demonstrated,
