Reporting to the People Systems and Reporting Manager, the People Systems Analyst will provide administration, maintenance, configuration and support to the technology that supports our People & Performance (P&P) Functions.

You will use your analytical skills to review data, generate reports and use your HR knowledge and expertise to provide solve problems to improve the day to day functioning of our systems.

Whilst no two days will be the same, some key responsibilities include:

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert within the team to ensure all technology is maintained at an optimal and efficient level
  • Manage system needs of the wider P&P department and identify, analyse and recommend business process improvement and system enhancements
  • Generate and analyse data to provide people metrics and support board papers
  • Engage with Senior Leaders, IT and external vendors to provide support and recommendations
  • Manage end to end testing cycle from concept, design, testing and deployment to production

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience using a range of HR Technology including functionality and frameworks
  • Experience in similar role in a large and complex organisation
  • Highly developed competency with ERP systems
  • Ability to think strategically, problem solve and forecast long term objectives
