    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with a remediation / rectification construction company. Working on large residential and commercial projects.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Setting and management of programs and budgets.
    • Maintaining and managing client relationships.
    • Lead and manage the construction teams and subcontractors on site.
    • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
    • Maintaining daily communication with Site Managers.
    • Overseeing safety management on site.
    • Managing plans and schedules for trades.
    • Demonstrating expertise in all trades involved in the project.
    • Managing remediation/ rectification and renovation projects.

    Experience & Requirements:

    • Qualification in Construction / Project Management or similar.
    • Prior experience in Project Management. Ideally within remediation or new builds.
    • A keen eye for detail and able to deliver high-quality work.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and prioritizing tasks.
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
    • You must have unlimited, full working rights in Australia.

    More information;

    • Work with a construction company, specialising in building remediation, façade repairs, renovations and insurance claims
    • Project range is typically around the $1 million mark.
    • Salary guide $120k - $150k + super
    • Permanent, full-time position
    • Office is located in the Inner West. Most projects are located within the city/ eastern suburbs. Your time will be split 50/50 between site and office.
