- Address promotions-related escalations, working closely with Customer Care and Marketing teams for swift issue resolution
- Offer strategic insights on promotions to business stakeholders and act as an internal expert on offer deployment tools

ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Sydney, the Audible Marketing Operations team (MOPS) oversees CRM and promotional campaigns worldwide.
