- Based in Sydney, the Audible Marketing Operations team (MOPS) is a central unit responsible for executing CRM and promotional campaigns.
- Opportunity to collaborate with marketers on innovative customer-focused programs to strengthen member relationships and improve acquisition efforts. This position is a 12-month contract.
- Manage end-to-end workflow for promotions production requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of promotional configurations.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Operations team and broader Marketing team to ensure proper configuration of promotions for an optimal customer experience.
- Address promotions-related escalations with Customer Care and Marketing teams promptly to resolve customer-facing issues.
- Offer tactical guidance on promotions to business stakeholders and act as an internal expert on the tools used for building and deploying offers.
