About the Role

  • We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Analyst to work in our Brisbane office on our rapidly expanding Ingenia Holiday Parks portfolio. Reporting to the National Revenue Manager Tourism, your responsibilities will focus on revenue and yield management for a cluster of parks in our network. Providing specialist revenue support & analysis for the managers at property level and the broader Ingenia Holiday Parks Team.

Responsibilities

  • Track and review booking pace of parks on a daily basis, query any major changes or suspected errors with the relevant property.
  • Regularly review competitive rate positioning, dynamic pricing strategies and provide recommendations and feedback to the park managers where necessary.
  • Frequent communication and dedicated meetings with parks to review performance.
  • Provide high quality and insightful reporting and analysis this includes the production of daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting.
  • Identify new opportunities and ways to distribute and sell product online, on existing and potential new channels
  • Liaise with the Revenue, Marketing and Operational Teams to identify and resolve issues and recommend enhancements to increase positive guest experiences.
  • Forecasting revenue at each property on a monthly basis, using information from pickup & trend reports, and in context to both last year and budgeted expectations.
  • Managing all aspects of competitor intelligence and benchmarking.
  • In order to best service and support our parks, regular travel will be involved to get onsite with our managers, develop relationships and instil our revenue culture.

You bring

  • Practical revenue management experience in the accommodation/travel industry.
  • A solid understanding of revenue management principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with park managers as well as key internal and external partners.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis and report generation.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using NewBook and PowerBI would be an advantage.
  • An ability to problem solve and implement solution focussed outcomes.
  • A strong work ethic and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly throughout the network as required.
