About the Role
This opportunity is a combination of receptionist and housekeeping responsibilities.

The role will predominantly be based front of house at the reception desk reception with some cleaning responsibilities of common areas including the community room and Laundry as well as cleaning of our cabins on occasion.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
  • Administrative support including receipting and bookings.
  • Showing properties to customers
  • Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
  • Develop and maintain a systematic approach to ensure all cleaning requirements are attended to on occasion and to a high standard
  • Keep storage areas wellstocked, clean, and tidy
