    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and within scope.
  • Collaborate with IT, AV, and cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules to guide project activities.
  • Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying roadblocks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
  • Oversee resource allocation, task assignments, and monitor team performance to ensure project success.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met and deliverables align with project specifications.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure management and audio-visual deployments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
