- Transport scheduling, manifests and invoices
- Data entry, scanning, filing & uploading
- Liaising with truck drivers & clients
- Generating and distributing load sheets & con-notes
- Troubleshooting and general administration
- Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
- Stock management
- Phone Calls for inbound / outbound
- Must have Data Entry experience
- Previous software use of PRONTO, SAP, 2IC OR Paperless experience desirable
- Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel and data entry
- A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Customer service in this role is essential.
Our client is busy warehouse located in the surrounding suburbs of Wacol - Brisbane and looking for experienced Administrators to support the business within the distribution office.
These roles are ongoing with view to permanency for the right candidate, with working being Monday - Friday, casual full time hours. Day Shift.
