    _9 day fortnight (with an RDO every second week)_
We are seeking an
efficient and experienced administrator to provide administration support to a trade training team dedicated to achieving successful outcomes for students, apprentices and trainees, including:

  • Organising documents and correspondence.
  • Liaising with students, schools and other stakeholders to assist with enrolments and other enquiries (ensuring a strong customer service focus).
  • Assisting with the maintenance of student management systems.
  • General clerical duties to support the administration of training and assessment activities.
  • Associated administration, client service and clerical duties as required.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Well aligned administration skills and experience _(previous experience working in a school or registered training organisation would be an advantage but is not essential)_
  • Well developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a strong client service focus
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently whilst ensuring a high level of attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, together with the confidence to learn new systems quickly
  • Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) either current or eligible to apply
  • The initial training for this role will require onjob training for 3 months at Milton._
