Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Officer for a temporary assignment (initially for 4 weeks) with a local community-based disability support and advocacy organisation.


This role is primarily responsible for data entry (accurately inputting data collected from two different systems in to a master spreadsheet in MS Excel (and formatting the spreadsheet/page layout, as well as adding simple formulas and data filters to enable analysis), together with general administration tasks as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience in an aligned role
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills (50wpm/8000kph+)
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Excel (including skills in formatting, simple formulas and filtering data)
  • Confidence learning and using different computer systems
  • Proven time management skills to organise workload effectively to meet deadlines
