    Description

    Reporting to the senior project development manager, the grid connection engineer will be responsible for managing the grid connection process and applications that comply with AEMO and NSP requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of grid connection activities and be able to provide support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle from feasability to design through to commissioning. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.5-8+ years experience in grid connection with an energy company.Strong understanding of AEMO connection procceses and applications.Experience in grid connection for renewable energy assets highly desired.Power systems modelling experience with PSSE, PSCAD or Power Factory.High level of communication and negotiation skills.
