    Assistant Cafe Manager | Perth

    High paced cafe based in the central suburbs of Perth looking for a motivated and driven leader to deliver brilliant results and customer service.

    The Company:
    This WA owned and operated company is a fixture in the Perth Cafe scene and are looking for their next group of aspiring hospitality leaders to join the team. The chances for growth and development are endless and you will be supported by an excellent team who have a passion for all things hospitality and customer service.

    About The Role:
    With our client growing their brand within WA, they are in need of an assistant manager to assist in the management of their flagship cafe. You will oversee a team of direct reports over Front of House and Back of House operations with the support of the Cafe Manager. You will oversee the day to day running of the business as well as management tasks such as rostering, stocktakes as well as staff training and performance management.

    What you can bring:

    • Previous experience as an assistant manager or supervisor
    • Financial acumen fitting of an Assistant Manager with knowledge of labour, stock control and sales.
    • A passion for delivery incredible customer service
    • Experience in recruiting and managing an amazing team
    • High personal presentation standards
    • Incredible eye for detail and presentation standards
