Assistant Cafe Manager - Karrinyup & Booragoon
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Cafe Manager to join our close knit team at Miss Maud, Karrinyup.

We are open 7 days a week and looking for someone who is available to work 5 days per week including alternative weekends.

You will have experience in a similar role and a passion for exceptional coffee and extraordinary customer service.

_About you_

Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/management position in a similar venue
Confident and self disciplined
Business minded with the ability to prioritise and think on your feet
Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and product quality
Ability to provide 'handson' leadership
Capability to connect with customers and provide extraordinary customer service
Excellent communication and English language skills with the ability to build a rapport
Demonstrated capability to multitask with strong organizational skills and administrative ability

Duties may include:

Manage the daytoday operation with a core focus on store performance and growth.
Motivate staff to execute an exceptional level of customer service
Ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standard
Formal till, cash and EFT handling & balancing
Ensure all OH&S standards are completed on a regular basis
