Our specialty coffee & croissant house is searching for a full time cafe store manager to join our growing team.

We represent ONA Coffee in Perth, bringing the best and most sustainable coffee to WA.

  • Experienced in a specialty coffee shop for at least the last 3 years
  • Experienced in a management position for at least 2 years
  • Have work with specialty and premium beans for espresso, filters and brews.
  • Know how to operate a La Marzocco Linea PB 3 group
  • Be familiar with Mahlkonig E65S and EK grinders
  • Have worked with a Wally Milk Steamer
  • Confident in latte art, dialling in and troubleshooting
  • Know how to ghost ride milk steam wand properly
  • Be able to work well in a team, lead and train staff

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60, $62,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
