    Senior Manager, Corporate Reporting - Public Affairs

    Cbus has a proud history of leadership in corporate reporting stemming from the Fund's commitment to openness and transparency in disclosure to members and stakeholders.

    The Fund's growth coupled with current and emerging global and Australian reporting standards provides the opportunity to establish a permanent role to continue to deliver on that commitment and history by overseeing and managing Cbus' corporate reporting in an increasingly complex and evolving environment.

    This strategic and senior role within the Fund will be responsible for ensuring Cbus meets its reporting obligations consistent with its narrative, strategic ambitions, and regulatory requirements. This includes leading and contributing to the production of the Fund's corporate reporting programme, including the Cbus Annual Report and Supplements, Annual Member Meeting Notice and Minutes, and Modern Slavery Statement. Planning, coordinating and assisting various SMEs, teams, workgroups and others with completing and evolving our corporate reporting programme to ensure narrative consistency and developing a target operating model for corporate report production, including appropriate governance, processes and supporting systems.

    To be successful you will need a background in;

    • Editorial and production management of group-wide corporate reports.
    • Managing strategic projects and stakeholder engagement from Board and C-suite through to operational roles.
    • Corporate reporting trends and developments including the Integrated Reporting framework, ISSB/ASRS emerging reporting standards, ESG and Climate-related disclosures and Modern Slavery Statements.
    • Annual report related and non-financial assurance requirements and direct experience of working with/managing auditors.
    Additionally your skill set will include, Strategic Thinking, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Editorial Capability.
