About the Role
As the Head of Reporting Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Team Global Express' narrative and delivering it to a diverse range of stakeholders.
This is a newly created role to drive the strategy and approach for Team Global Express' reporting suite and supervises the management, production, and distribution of key annual and half year reports and supporting additional reporting documentation.
In this pivotal role, you will consistently evaluate and enhance our reporting approach, expanding the strategy, rhythm, and timeline for our broader suite of documentation.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary leader for the creation and management of our organisation's first key reporting documentation.
- Establish and lead a specialised Working Group responsible for shaping report structures, timelines, and content, enabling seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Manage the design and production process of the reporting suite with external providers.
- Oversee the approval process, budget management and distribution for all reporting endeavours.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive reporting strategy, encompassing a wellcoordinated rhythm and timeline for our suite of documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and refine our reporting methodology after each cycle, driving a culture of ongoing improvement and excellence.
- Expertly manage both internal and external communications pertaining to reporting initiatives, fostering transparency and engagement across all stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have had extensive experience in setting up and managing annual reporting projects in large, matrix organisations.
You will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, self-starter and a pragmatic team player who excels in building positive relationships across multiple levels of the business.

- A relevant degree in Communications or a related field
- Prior leadership experience within a Communications function
- Experience leading or managing diverse corporate communications reporting activities to drive business outcomes.
- Wellhoned corporate and report writing skills, as well as editing and proofreading expertise.
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate communications and channels.
- In depth understanding of design and production of publications.
- Strong project management skills with experience in producing quality corporate and regulatory reporting.
