    Our client, a respected Queensland organization, is dedicated to supporting the local community and delivering top-notch essential services across various sectors with a goal to make a positive difference in their customers' lives.

    Joining a dynamic HR team under the guidance of the HR Manager, you will take on the role of HR Coordinator on a 3-month contract in Brisbane. This role offers the possibility of extension and involves collaborative work and growth opportunities.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting exit interviews and background checks
    • Providing tier 1 HR support
    • Performing basic policy reviews
    • Assisting in restructuring activities
    • Coordinating business support tasks

    Requirements for the role:

    • Proven experience as a Commercial HR Coordinator
    • Experience with Sharepoint is advantageous
    • Willingness to engage in various HR activities
    • Positive outlook and eagerness to contribute
