    Description

    We are looking for in a Media Coordinator that loves creativity, and the opportunities new technologies and thinking provides. A Media Coordinator inspires those around them to always strive for better solutions, helping us to build the agency model all others will follow.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the implementation of paid media campaigns such as dispatching assets, ad operations briefings, checking of booking schedules from media owners to ensure they are accurate
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our media partners, engaging with sales and campaign coordinators and leverage these relationships to bring campaigns to life
    • Foster a team environment across agency departments to ensure cross functional teams deliver presentations and reports timely and accurately.
    • Prepare various media reports such as weekly reporting or monthly reporting for our clients.
    • Assist in the tracking of paid media activity helping to ensure that what we've paid for is delivered by our partners
    • Harness the talent of the agency and proactively identify opportunities to put that talent to good use in helping clients solve their business problems.

    Technical capabilities

    • Interest in the Media or Marketing industry
    • Great attention to detail and time management
    • Ability to persuade, inspire and build trust with agency people and clients.
    • Ability to problem solve and think strategically and creatively to do so.
