Are you passionate about the dynamic world of digital and social media? Do you possess a creative flair and an ability to engage audiences online? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Frontline Recruitment Executive Retail Sydney.

Two days a week to start

Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Managing community engagement across our business pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Evaluating and reporting on the performance of social media initiatives using platform analytics.
Collaborating and assisting with content creation as required, working closely with the marketing team.

Social Media Savvy: You understand social media's role as a powerful marketing tool, with entrylevel knowledge and experience in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including Facebook Insights.
Proactive Attitude: You approach challenges with a "cando" spirit, taking initiative and contributing positively to our team dynamics.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- *Familiarity with online design tools to enhance content visuals.
- *Entry-level knowledge and experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including Facebook Insights.
- *Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect, inspire, and educate.
- *Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
- *Effective prioritization and time management skills.
- *A dedicated team player, passionate about collaborating and contributing to team success.
