    In Vitro Technologies is a Healthcare and Scientific distribution organisation who specialise in the sales, marketing, and support of medical products throughout Australia and New Zealand.

    ABOUT THIS ROLE

    As a Project Associate within the Major Projects Team at In Vitro, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of quotes and tender delivery for the region, and ongoing service support.

    This is an opportunity to join a great team that prides itself on providing outstanding customer service and product solutions to our large commercial customer base.

    You will have the ability to problem solve and work towards continuous improvement with the assistance of the wider In Vitro team. A motivation and willingness to strive towards meeting key SLA's and fostering positive outcomes is essential.

    This position is permanent, full-time, operating Monday to Friday. Some travel is involved.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate the tender submissions in conjunction with the National Tenders & Contracts Manager
    • Promote and support the successful interaction and partnership of our Sales Teams & Projects Teams.
    • Administration of all tender responses for major projects across the In Vitro business
    • Coordinate and supervise the timeline, costing and resources of your projects.
    • Maintain the major projects register and cyclically report
    • Coordination of plans and technical concepts required
    • Maintain CAD designs and capital equipment costing sheets
    • Prepare Programs, Plans and Specification Sheets
    • Coordinate quotes for services, repairs and or upgrades.
    • Reporting and analysis.
    • Identify areas for potential process improvement and develop appropriate implementation plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

    ABOUT YOU

    • Suitable/relevant degree in Engineering/Science highly valued.
    • Demonstrated medical industry experience of a similar nature.
    • Experience in a similar Major Projects Coordination role.
    • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in the use of CAD software.
    • A keen relationship builder with the ability to 'wear multiple hats'.
    • Professionalism and passion towards management, improvement, and implementation.
    • An understanding of the In Vitro product suite.
    • A tenacity and willingness to drive positive change and continue our ongoing growth initiatives.
