    People and Culture Business Partner

    $135,000 plus Superannuation
    Sydney CBD Based

    Reporting to the Senior Manager of People and Culture, this role partners with Sector Leaders across the employee life cycle by developing strong stakeholder relationships to define people prioritises, implement group people initiatives and drive change and capability development at all levels to meet business objectives. objectives.

    Key responsibilities of the role include:

    • Proactively partner with stakeholder group on all people matters across the employee life cycle including recruitment, induction and onboarding, talent management, performance management, retention and succession for growth.
    • Support and drive recruitment to source exceptional talent for current and future needs including facilitation of talent forums and talent mapping
    • Support key operational programs including annual performance & remuneration reviews and mentoring programs
    • Provide advice and manage all employee relations matters
    • Support the Group People and Learning team to deliver and implement the strategic people plan including contributing to and owning the delivery of specific strategic initiatives and programs.
    • Preparation and contribution to routine management, executive and board reporting
    • Take the lead in integrating and transitioning business acquisitions
