Are you an experienced Human Resources & Recruitment professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a People and Culture Partner to join our clients team in Melbourne, a Nationally recognised Development Firm.

An opportunity to make a difference as the People and Culture Partner This critical role will see you operating as part of the People, Culture & Operations team, partnering with leaders in the organisation and working alongside the Head of People, Culture & Operations team to identify needs and deliver fit for purpose solutions

Responsibilities:

Provide advice and support to managers on all people related topics, including employee relations and performance management (incl. levels, titles, compensation, career paths and development plans)
Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's mission and objective
Facilitate learning opportunities for employees
Monitor diversity initiatives within the organization
Review existing policies and suggest improvements where necessary
Support strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals

Skills And Experience

Proven experience in managing the full HR cycle, from recruitment to onboarding and performance management.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain HR systems that support business objectives.
Strong analytical skills for problem solving and decision making.
