    We are currently seeking a Manager of Construction to join our expanding team in Perth.

    As the Manager of Construction, you will report to the General Manager - Projects, and your role will involve overseeing project sites to ensure they meet project requirements efficiently and in line with industry best practices.

    The tasks you'll handle include:

    • Offering insights into feasibility study schedules, implement plans, and material management strategies.
    • Ensuring high-quality project outputs aligned with all requirements.
    • Enhancing the management and technical capabilities of site teams.
    • Participating in constructability reviews and assisting in team development.
    • Developing procedures and protocols for streamlined project operations.
    • Supporting the efficient functioning of the Quality Management System.
    • Assessing and allocating key resources for projects effectively.

    The expertise we require:

    • Engineering qualification or relevant industry experience with a focus on Project and Construction Management.
    • Extensive background in site construction and project management within mineral processing.
    • Proficiency in HSE, IR, HR, and strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Capacity for clear thinking, planning, and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to embody and communicate the company's values and goals.
