ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a

Construction Manager to join our growing team based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. You will be responsible for managing the project execution and delivery, providing advice and support to our Projects team, whilst utilising your multi-disciplined experience to deliver a quality product for Warrikal and its clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works.
Manage the project health and safety performance by leading by example and ensuring all works are conducted in line with the project HSE management plan.
Provide technical support for the project team.
Ensure compliance with client QAQC requirements, as well as Company policies, plans and procedures.
Ensure all work is constructed in accordance with relevant specifications and procedures.
Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring supervisors and engineers.
Organising and coordinating construction activities in accordance with construction schedules so as to complete the works on time and under budget whilst constantly monitoring the status of planning, safety, environmental and quality activities
Liaise closely with clients, Warrikal management and all other project staff.
Attend weekly client progress meetings and maintain a positive relationship with the client.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in managing project engineering and a working knowledge of project management.
Working Rights within Australia.
Autonomous worker who can adapt and work flexibly with business requirements.
Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
Proficient in the full MS Office Suite.
Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
Tertiary qualification or Trade background relating to, civil engineering or construction management
