About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team to work on exciting marine design and construct projects across WA.

The role will support the tender team initially and then transition to project delivery.- Initially develop construction methodology and staging during the tender

  • Coordinating with Managers and Superintendents on engineering, temporary works and scheduling
  • Providing reports relating to cost and schedule as required by the Project Manager
  • Interpreting engineering documents and drawings for site personnel
  • Coordinating and managing materials needed for construction, including fabricated equipment and components

About you
The Construction Manager will need marine project experience, preferably from a contractor background. The project delivery experience would ideally include dredging, piling, concrete works, electrical and hydraulic services scopes.

Our works often include EPC style delivery, so experience with working closely with designers to develop lean solutions would be considered favorably.


  • As the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Prior experience in a Construction Manager role within large marine projects is essential, along with combined relative industry qualifications
  • A strong demonstrated history of managing large site based teams
  • Strong and clear communication skills with a proven capability to engage and motivate others.
  • Sound knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation
  • Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines
