The key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

Assisting the sales team to provide prospective customers with accurate product information and sensible solutions, which best address their needs. This includes but is not limited to product planning for installation and onboarding.
Support key account practices in reaching and maintaining their KPIs by providing product, sales, clinical, and troubleshooting support.
Attend and participate in internal and external conferences and training workshops as required.

The key skills required for this role include:

A minimum of 4 years experience as an Optometrist, Orthoptist, or Optical Dispenser with an associated qualification in the field.
A strong knowledge of practice workflows, patient management and optical practice business management.
An excellent ability to teach and translate clinical & dispensing knowledge to customers.
An aptitude to manage complex situations, be agile and show flexibility whilst managing multiple tasks.
Literacy in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) advantageous and MS Office suite is essential.
Be able to adjust your approach to suit customer experience and knowledge to achieve desired outcome.
Valid driver's license.
Be prepared to travel extensively within NZ, including travel within Australia and other occasional international travel.

Salary range for this position is $8- 91K plus car and bonus.
