Description

Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant needed to join a project representing the European side of the program.

Key Skills Required:
Minimum of three Oracle Cloud HCM implementations covering core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent, and Goals.
Experience with other ERP HCM applications like Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, or People Soft.
Strong change and transformation experience from both user and business process perspectives.
Development of core HR reports using Oracle reporting tools like Smartview and OTBI.
Identification of hierarchy and security requirements.

Areas of Responsibility:
Represent HR systems to a global implementation team.
Develop and support expert users in the business to enhance their Oracle understanding.
Work with HR teams to improve existing practices and introduce new ones.
Manage external resources for project delivery.
