is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with Organisational Capability experience to support their job architecture stream in developing and executing an enterprise-wide capability framework.

Please note, this role will play a pivotal part in contributing to the department's implementation of a new HCM system.

The initial contract will be on a 12 month tenure with hybrid work arrangements from home and the Parramatta office.

The Job.
Reporting to the Associate Director, in this versatile Organisational Capability Specialist role, you will be responsible for:

Developing people capability frameworks enterprise-wide
Facilitating the design and build of an organisational capability framework in alignment with existing capabilities
Identifying risks/impacts and implementing solutions to improve the business's organisational structure to align with business needs
Building effective relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure improved service delivery
Implementing the framework in partnership with the L&D centre and in consultation with relevant stakeholders

You.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:

At least 12 months experience in a HR Business Partner capacity, with a focus on developing or delivering an enterprise-wide capability framework (e.g. SFIA, NSW PSC capability framework)
Experience working within both the commercial and pubic sectors will be advantageous
A proven ability to influence and coach senior management and executive stakeholders
Project and Change management skills will be highly favoured
Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must
