Amazing opportunity for a Workday functional lead delivering a Workday HCM implementation and imminent cutover, followed by overseeing the BAU support for a major bank.

What You Will Be Doing:

Support the go live and subsequent transition from the thirdparty vendor.
Conduct working sessions gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
Configure industry standards within the Workday HCM solution and provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution.

What Success Looks Like:

Solid experience in Workday SaaS.
Proven 5+ years of HR best practice design, configuration, delivery, and support experience working as senior HR functional consultant / lead.
Experience working with System Integrators to design and deliver HCM SaaS solutions.
Security admin experience since this role may need to help for the first month or two.
Experience in mentoring and coaching a BAU team to take over the support work within Workday.
