    The Company
    Our client is passionate about delivering superior service to their clients and is thrilled to grow their team by bringing in an experienced senior broker to contribute to their growth. With a tailored client approach and extensive industry knowledge, they have achieved significant growth within Australia.

    The Role
  • Deliver high quality service to clients by managing their insurance needs and objectives
  • Manage and collaborate with key network to ensure you achieve the best solution for clients
  • Generate strong revenue growth by managing and growing a portfolio of clients
  • Initiate and develop new business relationships and new business opportunities
  • Manage, mentor and support junior brokers within your team
    • You will have:
  • Previous experience servicing a portfolio of Mid Market or Corporate clients
  • Leadership experience with the ability and desire to train and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to present to C-suite level executives and managers
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Tier 1 qualifications
    • Benefits
  • Salary range between 170k-190k + super + new business incentive.
  • Flexible working arrangements currently in practice with 2 days WFH.
