Our client is an ASX listed Real Estate Investment Trust seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Sydney.

In this role, you will work closely with the People & Culture Director and business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide guidance on HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, and compensation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in line with the company's goals and objectives.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of HR programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, retention and productivity.
Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Provide guidance and support to the HR Coordinator and assist with HR related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
Experience working in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) sector is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and to work independently in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
