Job description
We are partnering with a Global Renewable Energy firm in search for a HRBP in Sydney/Melbourne due to business expansion.

This person plays a key business partner role who will add value to the business by formulating HR strategies, acting as a partner to the employees and supporting the leaders to make strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Supporting strategic objectives.
- Developing and executing roll out of skills framework programme for learning & development to all staff.
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
- Motivating and supporting current staff.
- Handling employee benefits.
- Planning and executing strategic HR initiatives; working with functional heads to drive staff alignment to business objectives.
- Addressing change and transformation, support employee transition and career development
- Work closely with other project/change management teams across the domain to provide visibility into progress and support the business through transition of changes.
- 10 years of relevant experience within a related HR function, with at least 5 years in the capacity as HRBP
- Ideally have prior exposure in the renewable energy industry
