We are partnering with a Global Renewable Energy firm in search for a HRBP in Sydney/Melbourne due to business expansion.

This person plays a key business partner role who will add value to the business by formulating HR strategies, acting as a partner to the employees and supporting the leaders to make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing human resources policies.
Supporting strategic objectives.
Developing and executing roll out of skills framework programme for learning & development to all staff.
Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
Motivating and supporting current staff.
Handling employee benefits.
Planning and executing strategic HR initiatives; working with functional heads to drive staff alignment to business objectives.
Addressing change and transformation, support employee transition and career development
Work closely with other project/change management teams across the domain to provide visibility into progress and support the business through transition of changes.

Qualification

10 years of relevant experience within a related HR function, with at least 5 years in the capacity as HRBP
Ideally have prior exposure in the renewable energy industry
