- Demonstrated ability to implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code
- Experience in supervising and performing gaming / wagering and cash handling duties
- Strong communication skills and passion to deliver a consistent, high-level guest experience
- Coordinate team development and trainings to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ability to detect problem gamblers and implement company procedures accordingly
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential

Overlooking Nerang River, Benowa Tavern is a local favourite on the Gold Coast. Our Bistro is the hub of the business, with regular weekly specials providing an attractive place for diners to enjoy. We believe in supporting Australian business, so we use fresh produce from our local suppliers
As Gaming Manager you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Manager in the leadership of the day to day operation of the gaming room. Driving exceptional customer service in the gaming rooms you will also monitor gaming operations to ensure all gaming policies are adhered to by team members and guests alike. You will be responsible for end of month procedures.
