About the role
Treasury Brisbane currently has a number of exciting
Gaming Area Manager positions available.

With your passion for customer excellence, you will be required to oversee all aspects of Gaming Operations and supporting the Gaming Operations Managers in the planning, implementation and execution of business objectives.

Additionally, as part of the Gaming Leadership team, you will provide guidance, leadership, training, and motivation to a team of over 400 Gaming team members.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Gaming Operations Supervisor or Senior leadership experience
Demonstrated passion for exceptional guest service
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, influence and lead large teams
Thorough knowledge of all statutory regulations and reporting requirements including the Casino Control Act 198
Demonstrates excellent guest service and people management skills
Polished fivestar grooming and personal presentation
Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity
Currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Queensland Key Employee Casino Licence (KE)
