In recent years we've grown and diversified our portfolio of products to include an innovative range of gaming and loyalty systems, cash redemption terminals, and under-counter and intelligent safes.

We bring new products to market by listening to our clients' needs and finding innovative solutions to their challenges.

We are looking to appoint a capable and motivated sales manager to join our highly successful Venue Solutions team.

Reporting to the General Manager - Sales you will be responsible for a South-East Qld territory and will focus on maintaining and developing existing relationships, drive prospective sales opportunities and deliver sustainable growth and profitability for the group.


Key responsibilities

  • New business development and management of sales pipeline.
  • Ensure the achievement of KPI's including financial targets, sales budgets and conversion ratios.
  • Develop strong relationships both internally and externally to help deliver category and business results.
  • Participate in industry events by working with industry associations, key channel partners and customer focus groups to promote the Banktech portfolio
  • Maintain CRM systems to ensure all data is relevant
  • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to ensure the business is up to date on market trends and customer requirements.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience with a track record of closing new business.
  • Results orientation and target driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A track record in 'solution selling'
  • A strong background within the hospitality and/or gaming sector will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients, attend tradeshows and industry events, including periodic interstate travel
