Currently seeking experienced Venue Managers to relocate to amazing regional Queensland and a seaside location
Work in one of the fastest growing hotel groups who are known for operating venues that specialise in high-quality affordable dining, state of the art gaming facilities, action packed sport, TAB and KENO facilities, relaxed and friendly bars, local and international entertainment and laid back lounge areas, all with
- a family friendly environment.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be required to provide strong leadership and management of all Hotel operations and employees.

Your role:

Ensuring the hotel is compliant with legislative requirements and the companies' policies and procedures.
Analysing and reporting on key business metrics and ensure constant improvement of hotel operations.
Manage budgets/expenses, analyse and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits.
Actively networks amongst the community to encourage loyalty and understand customer/ community needs.
Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services.
Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.

Essential skills and qualifications:

Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA and RSG
Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication
Highlevel standard of personal presentation & hygiene
Availability to work hospitality hours.
Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised.
Thorough understanding of P & L.
Hotel management experience in a highvolume food, bar, function, gaming and retail environment minimum 5 years full time.
