    Description

    Our client is a renowned national building company known for its unique designs and superior craftsmanship. With offices across Australia, they offer a broad range of services, catering to diverse client needs.

    Job Duties but never limited to:

    1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
    2. Managing contract lifecycle and compliance.
    3. Conducting vendor management and relationship building.
    4. Monitoring and mitigating contractual risks.
    5. Maintaining accurate contract documentation and records.
    6. Facilitating communication between stakeholders.
    7. Work closely with franchise partners.
    8. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director.

    Skills Required:

    1. Legal and contract drafting proficiency.
    2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    3. Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
    4. Vendor management and relationship-building abilities.
    5. Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
    6. Organizational skills for maintaining records and documentation.
