- Measuring and describing the work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors and clients
- Must be able to design a full sub-contractors contract
- Must have experience in dealing principal contractors
- Preparing and using detailed budgets and cost plans
- Preparing and interpreting turnover / cash flow projections and profit / loss forecasts
- Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
- Preparing and presentation of financial control
- Proven experience in Cost Management, Contract administration or QS role.
- Must of Industrial projects background
- Tertiary qualified: Minimum Associate Diploma (engineering or Quantity surveying) or minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role.
- Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work)
- Proven skills in dispute resolution and negotiation.
